London Wide Tournament – Super Shariff leads Black Arrows to glory – July 2012
Hackney’s Black Arrows and Sobell Badminton Clubs tasted more success at the London Wide Badminton Tournament. Back Arrows fielded a mixture of players in the U-11’s, U-13’s, U-15’s and U-17’s events. In the U-11’s Dylan Greogory and Joshua Babb-Joseph made it to the doubles runners up. Shariff then saw the team through with five wins! He took the singes titles in the U-15 and U-17’s, doubles in the U-15’s with partner Rishi Choudhury and the U-17’s with partner D’Reece Allen-Walker. He also took the mixed doubles trophy with partner Jaina Shah.
